A fair refund policy where the customer is king. Our business model is based on customer happiness, if you’re ever unhappy with our Remote Bharat services for any reason, you can contact us. We offer a simple and transparent refund policy.
First & foremost we thank you for showing your trust and making a purchase with Remote Bharat and sorry if we’ve not met expectations. Please read this refund policy carefully to know all the necessary information, regarding your job post and/or purchase you made at Remote Bharat; except specific information stated otherwise on the pricing plan page/s or offers.
Bad refund policies are infuriating. You feel like the company is just trying to rip you off. We never want our customers to feel that way, so our refund policy is simple:

Report to us within 15 days and get your money back. No specification reason required. This includes intentional, accidental, test or trial purchases.
But if you contact us after 15 days then generally we prefer to resolve the actual issue by
- Reposting your job free for another 15 to 30 days
- Providing you direct contacts of potential candidates
- Giving you discount / promo codes for next or upcoming purchases
If you’re not satisfied with above solutions we still may issue a full or partial refund, limited to below mentioned cases:
- If you’ve received less than 15 applications
- Applied candidates are fake or you were not able anyone
- You’ve credits and want a refund for remaining credits
Once your request is reviewed; incase of job-reposting, your job will be re-posted within 48 hours OR incase of refund, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours. Hassle free and easy peasy.
(For refund) Your money should reflect in your bank account or wallet or in original payment mode within the timeframe specified by the bank, in most cases it’s instant or within 48 hours but should not stretch more than 7-10 days otherwise stated.
Limitation of liability
If the product is ever discontinued, “Tech Bloopers Private Limited DBA Remote Bharat” has no liability to continue to provide the services and the user agrees that all services have been fully delivered and were satisfactory. There is no continuing liability on the behalf of “Remote Bharat” with regards to the user.
For jobseekers
Remote Bharat is 100% free for jobseekers to search & apply on jobs. Never pay to get hired. You may report us immediately as asking for money to candidates is strictly prohibited.
