Job Title: ASO & Growth Hacker (iOS Habit Tracking Startup)
Location: Remote / Flexible
Type: Full-Time / Contract

We are a fast-growing iOS habit-tracking startup helping users build better daily routines. We need a data-driven ASO & Growth Hacker to scale our app downloads, boost conversion rates, and drive viral user acquisition on the App Store.
If you understand mobile growth loops, keyword optimization, and user psychology, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
App Store Optimization (ASO):
  • Research high-traffic, low-competition keywords to maximize organic search visibility.
  • Optimize app titles, subtitles, descriptions, and promotional text.
  • Design and execute A/B tests for app icons, screenshots, and preview videos using App Store Connect.
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates (impressions to downloads).
Growth Hacking & User Acquisition:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns (Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok).
  • Build and test viral referral loops, onboarding nudges, and push notification strategies to drive retention.
  • Analyze user funnels using Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics to identify and fix drop-off points.
  • Run rapid experiments (copy, pricing, feature prompts) to lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and boost Lifetime Value (LTV).
Ratings & Reviews Management:
  • Implement in-app prompt strategies to collect 5-star reviews and feedback.
  • Address negative reviews swiftly to protect brand reputation and fix churn triggers.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in ASO and mobile growth hacking, specifically for consumer iOS apps.
Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with App Store Connect, Apple Search Ads (ASA), and mobile analytics tools.
Mindset: Obsessed with data, metrics, and rapid experimentation. You test fast, fail fast, and scale what works.
