Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, scrappy Marketing Manager to build and scale our outbound engine. As our first dedicated marketing hire, you will focus on high-intent lead generation, content creation, and sales enablement to fuel our pipeline and accelerate revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Design outbound campaigns, email sequences, and paid search tactics to capture high-value enterprise leads.
Sales Enablement: Create sales decks, pitch templates, whitepapers, and competitive battle cards to help sales close deals.
Event Marketing: Coordinate high-impact webinars, industry events, and digital roundtables to secure executive meetings.
Content & Messaging: Develop hyper-targeted messaging that speaks directly to enterprise decision-makers and their pain points.
Analytics & Testing: Rapidly test new acquisition channels, track conversion metrics, and optimize our pipeline ROI.

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of marketing experience in an early-stage B2B SaaS startup.
Sales Alignment: Proven track record of working closely with Sales or Business Development Representative (BDR) teams.
Execution: A self-starter mindset, comfortable writing copy, running ads, and building campaigns independently.
Tools: Familiarity with CRM and outbound tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo.io.
