A\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inc.com\/scott-mautz\/a-2-year-stanford-study-shows-astonishing-productivity-boost-of-working-from-home.html\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">study from Stanford<\/a>\u00a0also showed that remote workers saw 50% less attrition and took less sick days and time off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2018,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/resources.owllabs.com\/state-of-remote-work\/2018\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">56% of global companies<\/a>&nbsp;allowed&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/resources.owllabs.com\/blog\/remote-work\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">remote work<\/a>.
