Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Application Development: Design, build, and publish high-performance native Android applications.
- API & Backend Integration: Connect apps with RESTful APIs, JSON data sources, and third-party libraries (such as Retrofit or RxJava).
- UI/UX Implementation: Translate wireframes and design mockups into responsive layouts using ConstraintLayout and RecyclerView.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, instrumentation testing, and fix bugs to ensure app stability and performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers through Agile workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
- Tools & SDKs: Hands-on experience with Android Studio, Android SDK, and Jetpack components (MVVM, Hilt, StateFlow).
- Version Control: Familiarity with Git for code management and branching.
- Experience: Typically 2+ years of commercial mobile development experience with at least one published app on the Google Play Store
