  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience< li>
  • 5 years of experience in Sales or product specialist function in media industries

    < li> < ul>Preferred qualifications:
    • Experience leading workshops presentations from end to end (setting up agenda, designing content and delivering it) to get consensus and drive action< li>
    • Product knowledge and storytelling skills across Brand, Video, YouTube, Audiences, Measurement, Retail, and Automation products< li>
    • Ability to collaborate across organization from front-line to executive, local to global stakeholders in any business environment< li>
    • Distinctive problem-solving, communication, and project leadership skills, combined with impeccable business acumen and ability to grow in fast moving and ambiguous business environment< li>
    • Ability to speak and write in English and Hindi and ability to communicate complex matters in a simplified framework

      < li> < ul> About The Job

      < u>< strong>The Apps Video Consultant role for India will be based in our Gurgaon office and falls within the Product and Sales Activation (PSA) organization. You will work with a very diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, who represent new and existing customers across top agencies and mid-segment segments. This role will be instrumental in managing programs to drive BrandSolutions for our AppDev clients and agencies using our market leading tools and solutions.

      You have an understanding of our product portfolio across all ad products: Performance, Video, Measurement, and Shopping, and deep proficiency in driving Brand product and solutions. You will develop narratives and go-to-market solutions around our objectives and key results and drive them. Being able to tell a great story in the market that helps advertisers and agencies think of our products as must-have is key to achieving these. On top of that you have a great ability to simplify and visualize complex concepts to present to senior stakeholders and decision makers. Most importantly, you need to be able to influence internal and external stakeholders (global product teams, Google tech services, sales, vendor teams, agencies, and more) to adopt and support these initiatives through effective communication and influencing skills. Collaboration across teams is key to being successful in this role.

      Responsibilities

      < u>< strong>
      • Own and define the brand product solutions roadmap for the Apps market and partner with sales teams to achieve in-market business objectives< li>
      • Drive a Video named agency list (NAL) on App customers with a business target for India < li>
      • Make Google’s global product strategy locally relevant, influence global product roadmaps and provide regular product updates and insights to our teams and partners< li>
      • Define key product initiatives and achieve goals that deliver meaningful impact to advertiser returns and Google’s growth< li>
      • Manage projects across multiple stakeholders, including vertical leadership, product teams and partner support teams, being comfortable with ambiguity. Regularly engage with clients and partners together with our front-line teams to assist in promoting new products and stay attuned to their challenges and needs
