Job description
Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Testing/Quality assurance domain Review and analyze requirement specifications – should be familiar with basic healthcare knowledge Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans – should have excellent verbal and written communication skills Well versed with testing processes and testing tools like ALM/QC. Should have adequate knowledge on PL/SQL and hands-on experience on backend testing. Hands-on experience on requirement traceability , test plan , test design , defect tracking and defect triage . Ability to create test cases and execute test cases in ALM (manual or automated) and analyze results Evaluate product code according to specifications Report bugs and errors to development teams and help to troubleshoot issues Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle Should be flexible with work timings based on onshore-offshore model ( we usually work from 1:30PM -11:30PM shift) Nice to Have: Automation experience on Selenium or TOSCA.
