< u>< strong>Almost 2M patients suffer from plaque psoriasis in the US, and while 90% of them have received a diagnosis, only :150k of them are treated with biologic therapies.

The past 5 years have registered many new biologic therapies entering the moderate-to-severe PsO landscape, bringing HCPs and patients expectations for the efficacy-safety trade off to new levels, and still highlighting unmet need for the patients suffering from this chronic, many times debilitating condition.

Your responsibility include, but not limited to -
  • Experienced sales professionals responsible (directly or indirectly) for achieving sales targets and promoting the products to health care professionals for a specific account, product or a given territory in an specialty area. Brings specialist knowledge in the required therapeutic area.


    < li>< ul>Major Accountabilities:-
    • Accountable for achieving agreed sales, productivity and performance targets within agreed budgets and timescales< li>
    • Develop business plans and implement related activities like customer events, sales and marketing campaigns, sales presentations necessary to achieve agreed objectives< li>
    • Provide network support, market access support, including referral networks< li>
    • Have a deep understanding in the respective specialist area and priority products. Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors< li>
    • Achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through various communication channels -Ensure customer satisfaction and best in class customer relationship< li>
    • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all reports< li>
    • Handle enquiries quickly and professionally and in accordance with company procedures. -Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through co-operative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives.< li>
    • Provide input into effective use of promotional funds and territory sales forecasting. -Follow all adverse events guidelines, and Code of Conduct Guidelines as promoted by Novartis.< li>
    • Demonstrate Behavior in accordance with Novartis code of practice. -In case of a Manager Leader; the person is responsible for the sales planning; target; reporting; and knowledge of the team account and of himself herself.


      < li> < ul>Key Performance Indicator:-
      • Achievement of sales revenue and market share targets vs plan -< li>
      • Responsible for budget allocated to cover customer activities -Customer Satisfaction and Customer relationship building< li>
      • Maintenance of Key Accounts< li>
      • Sales Planning and Reporting

          < li>< ul> Minimum Requirements

          < u>< strong>Education:- (Minimum)Must have - Bachelor’s degree in any specialization. (Desirable) – Bachelor’s in Pharma Science, Master’s.

          Minimum Requirements:- Experience Skills:
          • Proficient communication in English – both written and spoken< li>
          • Sales in Healthcare Pharma related business Specific Product knowledge desirable Established Network to target Customer Group desirable English< li>
          • Knowledge of customer, customer journey, patient and patient journey Knowledge of indication, product and therapy Knowledge of competition and their strategies
