Excellent verbal/written communication skills Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week offs Willingness to work from office 24-36 months of work experience with ISP/Telecom domain, voice/chat support experience preferred Required Knowledge and experience on ticketing tools, chat platforms Strong client relationship management skills Good Reading skills - ability to understand ambiguous information, probe and consolidate into useable data Excellent analytical skills Collaboration and Team Working Provide 1st level customer service support, service restoration, fulfillment of service request and advice to users ensuring the maximum availability, performance and utilization of knowledge and information systems Reviews ,validates inputs from process executives and assist them to execute transactions without errors Understanding of telecom industry, products, ISP related services, etc Follow a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving to meet set standards and agreed procedures Offering advice to end users on all IT related areas. This will include working as part of a team, in order to share knowledge and work together to increase performance standards Executes transactions as per prescribed timelines Performs Initial troubleshooting to identify root cause and provides resolution to customer Executes transactions as per prescribed timelines. Provide 1st measure analysis of issues and inputs for problem management Leverages best effort method for issue resolution through cross functional coordination and support team lead in training, reviews and escalation handling Active listening and questioning, an eye for detail to determine the root cause of the issue, to avoid repeat contacts and further effort to resolve issues Analytical and Problem solving skills Ability to Multitask Communication & Relationships Skills Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and empathetically Being proactive and show the utmost respect for customer s time Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value,
