  • Design, Develop, Configure, implementation and support various tools< li>
  • Excellent knowledge of SDLC and experience working with Agile teams Ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization< li>
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to create API-driven processes to implement as well< li>
  • Experience in Automation through API wherever Integration possibilities exist< li>
  • Develop, maintain and support system standards through configuration management, automation templates and scripting, and version control< li>
  • Document the effort involved, the steps required, and the provision of information related to operational changes.< li>
  • Assists with designing, implementing, administering, and maintaining 3rd party connectors (API, batch, or flat file) to systems that integrate with various on premise and SaaS solutions< li>
  • Coordinate planned upgrades to applications as appropriate by ensuring that the project managers, other enterprise application team members, as well as end users, are engaged. Document the effort involved, the steps required, and the provision of information related to operational changes.< li>
  • Perform install, configure, enhance, report, and integrate Jira with other tools.< li>
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with all departments.< li>
  • Experience in API development will be a Huge Plus

    • 2 - 4 years experience in System Configuration Analyst, Atlassian Administration or SaaS applications configuration< li>
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills< li>
    • Analytical in nature< li>
    • Self-motivated, driven and results oriented< li>
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative team environment< li>
    • Direct experience working within all Departments and external SaaS application teams.< li>
    • Undergraduate degree B.Tech BCA MCA
