1. Good understanding of Test Driven development 2. Hands-On experience in Test Driven Development 3. Provided Training Coached developers leadership on TDD 4. Good communication and related skills 5. Experience in .Net Java 6. Should have good knowledge of nUNIT 7. Have written stubs, mocks using appropriate libraries 8. Understands how to measure code coverage Technical debt etc using NCOVER,dotcover, sonarqube etc 9. Other tools like Microsoft visual studio, hippo,NUGet,NDepend,Moq,NSubstitute, NMock3,Jenkins,bamboo 10. Understands concepts like faking, 3 rules of TDD, Can demonstrate and articulate why TDD is helpful 1. Programming experience in multiple languages 2. Agile Coach or DevOps experience as secondary Skill 3. Experience in other XP practices like Behavior driven development and Automation,< pre>< span>< body>< html>
