Job purpose: Technical Lead in the IT Consulting team to work on various innitiatives for our customers across the globe. Skills Required: Experience in Configuration and support of SAP Solution Manager 7.2 Experience in configuration of Mandatory Configuration, Managed Systems configuration, Embedded Search, Usage Logging Experience in System Monitoring and System Administration Experience in the configuration of Focussed Build Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications - External Experience in the configuration of Process Management, Test Management, ChaRM, Requirements Management, IT Service Management, Project Management, Release Management Experience in SAP Best Practices Import, Process Design and Modelling, Solution Documentation Business Process Hierarchy mapping, handling Custom attributes in Solution Documentation and IT Service Management Excellent documentation skills for configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of the environment.
