Job Summary

< strong>Change manager is responsible for managing and delivering OCM HR transformation projects to schedule, budget and quality. The role requires excellent knowledge of coming up with Change Management Strategy, Change Management Framework and strategy, Change management plan, Resistance management and Training. Also expected to manage such projects end to end and understanding on project management inter-related process stages i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management. Change Manager must have proficient stakeholder relationship management skills and influencing skills to successfully lead and deliver the project team and project stakeholders.

  • Successfully execute the project to agreed schedule, budget and scope< li>
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate< li>
  • Perform the relevant project management processes - i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management< li>
  • Should be able to diagnose and strategize the need for change and articulate it well to all involved< li>
  • Should be able to lead and manage the entire change as project with reporting< li>
  • Should be able to design and plan trainings for the stakeholders involved< li>
  • Should be able to design and plan, communicate effectively throughout in the entire change cycle< li>
  • Strong and proven networking skills< li>
  • Ability to influence and draw consensus

    < strong>Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications - Internal
    • OCM Certified from PROSCI< li>
    • PMP Prince 2 Certified< li>
    • Business Process Management< li>
    • Stakeholder management< li>
    • Proven previous experience in interacting with Senior members of Ministry, CTOs, COOs, with internal Partners etc. is a must< li>
    • Business Process Improvement experience – Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt certified -desirable)< li>
    • Hands on experience in any of the industry leading BPMN tools< li>
    • Industry experience – anyone or combination of Government, Healthcare, retail, telecom, oil and gas, BSFI, airlines, manufacturing, food and beverages etc.< li>
    • Extensive experience in End-to-End Project Management – preferably in strategy and business< li>
    • 14 plus years of relevant experience in a Business Corporate IT environment and< li>
    • Experience in leading Change management in major and complex IT transformation projects< li>
    • Experienced in working with global team< li>
    • Management skills to manage a number of projects simultaneously< li>
    • Experience in understanding customer strategy, services and business processes< li>
    • Business Analytics knowledge< li>
    • Strong team working skills across matrixes - client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams< li>
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (including negotiation)< li>
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing< li>
    • Team player< li>
    • Go getter and result oriented< li>
    • Should be able to work with minimal direction or supervision< li>
    • Open and flexible for any given work environment< li>
    • Ready to travel on short notice.
