Have experience in most issues that may arise, although require guidance with new assignments or assignments outside normal scope of work. Support existing software application to cover incident management, request management, problem management and release management. Respond to the incidents and requests within the SLA period. Manage projects with oversight from their supervisor Works on a large portfolio of applications. Provides application design and documentation that spans multiple applications and/or functions. Participates on and may lead, complex projects with significant impact on IT and / or business. Mentors less experienced team members. Prioritizes own work regarding the development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software. Works with technical staff and business to understand problems with software and assists to resolve them Consistently applies fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications. Applied in depth knowledge of one or more programming languages. Substantive knowledge of coding, testing and debugging. Perform in-depth problem solving, troubleshooting, and conduct rood cause analysis of problems and issues impacting the application and/or their environment. Proven ability to apply programming languages to develop solutions to business needs Suggest and implement automation/innovation wherever it is possible . Excellent communication and presentation skills. Competent to work in all phases of applications programming and design. Provide performance improvement and capacity planning recommendations Follow ITIL processes for incidents, changes and requests. Willingness to work shift including US day shift. Typically requires 5-8 Years of Exp.
