JD for Triage Support Engineer (Project: MoHRE) Grade Senior 1 Expected joining date June 1st week 2021 Your Key Responsibilities We’re looking for a Triage Support Engineer 6 to 8 years of experience who can: Perform initial analysis of the incoming production issues Perform basic checks on the applications Can quickly pick-up and learn the application functionalities Do quick ticket assignments Collaborate and Co-ordinate with multiple teams for quick resolution of the issues Identify automation opportunities in triage process Skills And Attributes For Success Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment Ability to travel in accordance with client and other job requirements Excellent written and oral communication skills; writing, publishing and conference-level presentation skills a plus Technology Skills Strong knowledge of ASP .NET, web-development & support activities, integrations and delivery. Knowledge in Dynamics 365 is preferable Should have good understanding of APIs Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Should be able understand Application Architecture and solutions. Should have good debugging skills Operational Responsibilities: Incident and Problem Triage: Assessment of defects to identify and map to the right queue (Platform / Infosecurity / Application / Infrastructure) Incident Management: Monitor the Service management queue, ensure incidents are being updated and the customers are being communicated to. Monitoring and alerting: Closely monitor for anomalies and threats. Change and Release Management: Co-ordination of release management, including managing agreed components of Runsheet’s and change control documentation Problem Management: Root cause analysis to identify underlying issues Documentation: All root-cause findings from incident or problem managed need to be documented as a repeatable process for future support.
