The opportunity

< strong>EY's Technology Solutions Delivery practice assists our national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in Infor’s applications and technology space. Consultants in the Infor practice advise clients to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business. Our focus will be on helping our clients to implement technology to enable business and operational improvement.

Your role as a Manager will focus on the management and delivery of client engagements, often interacting at an executive level, as well as sales and practice development activities, resulting in increased value and efficiency. You’ll help mentor, coach and counsel your team members and help EY build an inclusive culture and high-performing teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

< strong>Individual will work as part of a team or individually to lead the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) CloudSuite implementation, providing proven expertise during implementation, upgrade or redesign projects. General requirements include hands-on experience with implementations and or upgrades of the Infor EAM functional suite, along with project leadership and subject-matter expertise. Position works directly with the client, providing hands-on leadership, process design, application build support, training, testing, problem resolution, go-live support and change management.
  • Lead EAM on-premise and or CloudSuite implementations, including project estimation, initiation, planning, design, build and deploy phases < li>
  • Responsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals < li>
  • Lead the process to partner with clients to understand current-state processes and define future-state business processes based on business objectives < li>
  • Provide leadership in data migration activities from an EAM business perspective < li>
  • Have experience leading users and development staff on issues and efforts related to the implementation of maintenance, purchasing, service management, and inventory management or other business processes related to EAM engagements < li>
  • Configure applications according to requirements and design, and lead and or conduct required testing (e.g., Conference Room Pilot, System Testing) < li>
  • Lead the adoption of Infor Implementation Accelerators for EAM and lead workshops to aid in design process < li>
  • Lead the development of project documentation such as test scripts and training materials to support user adoption < li>
  • Lead training activities such as training strategy and planning as part of the project training process < li>
  • Provide post go-live support < li>
  • Manage resources and budget on client projects < li>
  • Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training and defining support procedures < li>
  • Develop external eminence across the sub capabilities in the Infor EAM space < li>
  • Participate in program leadership, governance and change enablement < li>
  • Assist practice leadership in creating proposals, budgets and workplans < li>
  • Participate in other business development activities as appropriate < li>
  • Enhance our brand through strong external relationships across a network of existing and future clients < li>
  • Be flexible and willing to manage significant travel depending on the time of year; must have a valid driver’s license

      < li> < ul> To qualify for the role you must have
      < strong>
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field < li>
      • A minimum of five years of related work experience or a graduate degree and four years of related work experience < li>
      • Deep experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) < li>
      • Five to seven years of related work experience with the Infor EAM product and a minimum of four years’ experience with Infor EAM CloudSuite < li>
      • Minimum of one recent (within the last 3 years) Infor EAM CloudSuite implementation over the full life cycle to include requirements gathering, business process design, testing, go-live and production support < li>
      • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment < li>
      • Proven work experience in one or more of the following areas: Facilities Management, Healthcare, Life Sciences, State & Local transit, Utility, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, and or Media and Entertainment < li>
      • Flexibility and willingness to manage significant travel depending on time of year. Must have a valid driver’s license

        < li> < ul> Ideally, you’ll also have
        < strong>
        • Experience in the implementation of condition based and predictive and or asset performance management (APM) < li>
        • Experience supporting health-related clients industry < li>
        • Wider EAM product experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Maximo) < li>
        • Desire to work in an information systems environment < li>
        • Experience with Infor Operating Service (OS) and related Infor EAM tools (e.g., BODs, Flex Sql)
