< strong>Main Purpose
< u>< strong>This role is to drive end-to-end supply chain Demand Planning optimization, by defining owning the long-term Demand Planning strategy, institutionalizing Best Practices and supporting tools across the AMESA sector, driving capability, digitization, and agile and synchronized supply chain planning, to deliver optimized costs and delivering productivity, service, and efficiency
Key Accountabilities
< u>< strong>
- Manage and lead the development and roll out of Demand Planning processes and best practices, integrating short term weekly and long term monthly planning through S&OE and S&OP process< li>
- Develop the Supply Chain Planning capability strategy across AMESA, including diagnostics (Health Checks, Maturity Assessments etc), Roadmap to “success”,co-ownership of primary planning metrics, and providing ongoing support to the local teams.< li>
- Drive Productivity through improving Forecast Accuracy and Customer fill rates while reducing system inventories and Out of Stocks Stales and maximizing lines output< li>
- Lead the Margin Contribution visibility across AMENA markets on different product hierarchy levels< li>
- Own the AMESA Sector Demand Planning and Service KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, FG Days on Hand, RM Days of Usage) and drive their continuous improvement with the market teams< li>
- Pro-active opportunity identification & mitigation for non-ISCP supply chain planning activities and process end to end.< li>
- Develop and lead the standardization of Supply Chain processes across AMESA sector.< li>
- Identify key talent in BUs and raise the bar on overall capability development.
< li> < ul> Qualifications Requirements
< u>< strong>- 11-14 years of Planning (SP DP), Planning or Operations leadership experience (Preferably FMCG)< li>
- Computer literacy; software application and simulation models< li>
- Intermediate Advanced Excel< li>
- Strong numerical and analytical skills< li>
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, and adaptable to multicultural exposure< li>
- Ability to co-ordinate and influence from a remote location< li>
- Good presentation and facilitation skills, problem solving action planning< li>
- Led multi countries or regional position.< li>
- Led implementations or execution of Supply Chain projects with multi-functions involvement.
