< li> < ul>Within SaT, TSE team services clients with a full range of hands-on, operationally focused support and advice across the transaction life cycle, across buyers and sellers. We cover a wide range of operational aspects, including divestiture advisory services, carve-out readiness and support, operational due diligence, synergy assessment and delivery, day-one readiness assessment, 100day planning, integration process support, carve-out stand-alone costs assessment and risks, and cost reduction.
Our professionals work on transactions and business development across the globe.
The opportunity
< strong>- We’re looking for candidates with expertise in M&A life cycle, carve-out integration of a business post-announcement of transaction, cross-border M&A. < li>< ul> Your Key Responsibilities
< strong>- Demonstrate excellent skills in project execution, including synergy assessment, project management, problem-solving, and facilitation< li>
- Build relationships with EY offices across the globe, and demonstrate knowledge of regional practices. Responsible for high degree of GDS user satisfaction with engagement process and work products < li>
- Support execution of the carve-out integration plan while working to constantly identify areas for improvement, including resolving integration issues < li>
- Create work products documenting the engagement procedures performed against objectives < li>
- Manage client engagement teams executing TSE services which support key decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value< li>
- Provide guidance on projects and mentor a team of TSE professionals < li>
- Conduct industry, sector and deal analysis to identify right portfolio mix and opportunity areas < li>
- Responsible for high degree of GDS user satisfaction with engagement process and work products < li>
- Conduct timely performance reviews for employees and develop other professionals by providing effective performance feedback and training. Lead by example

< strong>- Understanding of M&A life cycle, carve-out integration of a business post-announcement of transaction, cross-border M&A < li>
- Possess financial analysis experience from a number of pre- and post-deal transactions, with the ability to link detailed operational analysis to P&L, cash flow and balance sheet < li>
- In-depth sector and company decks providing insights as per the EY Capital Agenda approach < li>
- Ability to determine risks and opportunity areas < li>
- Skill to synthesize approaches to complex carve-out and integration conflicts < li>
- Talent to adapt to new challenges and ideas < li>
- Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills < li>
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

< strong>To qualify for the role, you must have
< strong>- Post Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science or related field from a premier institute with experience in applicable industry and or consulting< li>
- Need of Techno-functional professional with hands on experience of Finance & Accounting domain and ERP BI systems used by Finance professionals to undertake accounting, reporting and other financial analysis related work< li>
- The need comes from both transaction and transformation engagements< li>
- Ability to understand business requirements and propose fit for purpose financial system to address business requirements.
