Job description: This finance role is aligned to the Payroll & Cost Optimization tower under Performance and Advisory (FBM). The role entails support of the overall financial management within Global Interactive and Global Strategy & Consulting (S&C) groups, including planning, forecasting, reporting analysis, hierarchy management, WBSE usage advisory and long range planning. Support leadership and serve as the primary finance contact and business advisor by providing financial insights, management information, scenario planning and solutions. Work collaboratively with the Market groups and growth platform finance, entity leadership teams, directors of operations, business operation team and HR. Primary focus area would be around the Non-Contract Cost management and advisory space. Key Functions:- Deep dive into each of the deliverables assigned and propose process improvements to improve speed and quality. Assisting the S&C Sub-entity Finance Leads & Interactive and S&C CFO in Planning/forecasting related activities. Monthly follow up on forecast. Provide analysis and actionable insights on the montly variances of Actuals vs. forecast. Assist in NCC Adhoc analysis/investigations/what if modelling and collaborate with/enable business to deliver expected outcomes. Interact with finance leads to provide response to their requests related to finance. Managing Biz-inquiry requests related to SAP Financials structure maintenance. Educational Level MBA/CA/ICWA with around 5 Years Experience Skills & Work Experience Must have – Excelent Excel and Power Point skills is a must. (Macros, Power BI and database management skills desirable.) Experience on SAP and BR reporting. Advance level in English (Oral/Written) Good to have – Non-Contract Costs knowledge. Organized and detail oriented.
