Job Overview As a member of QCT's Test Base Station group, candidate would be responsible for design, development and support of 5G-NR /4G-LTE Test Base Station Products. Job responsibilities include Data plane protocol stack SW enhancement, end-to-end analysis of UE and Network interaction during 3GPP defined procedures on 5G/4G systems, troubleshooting of protocol, networking software, Linux OS and hardware issues. Candidate would work closely with Test Base Station group’s Systems Team, Test teams and Customer Engineering Team to improve the stability of the product. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience in design and development of communications protocol stacks software, with embedded systems and real time constraints, using C, C++. Solid understanding of Communications Systems, Networking and Linux internals. Candidate must have strong problem solving skills, communication skills, and must be able to work independently. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with 3GPP protocols and NR/LTE Call Processing.
