EY-Cyber Security-TDR Staff

< strong>As part of our EY-cyber security team, who shall work as SOC analyst who will assist clients in detecting and responding to security incidents with support of their SIEM and security solutions.

The opportunity

< strong>We’re looking for Security Analyst with expertise in SIEM solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering.

Your Key Responsibilities
< strong>
  • Operational support using SIEM solutions (Splunk, LogRhythm, Sentinel) and cloud security monitoring platform (Azure AWS) for various customers.< li>
  • Advise customers on best practices and use cases on how to use this solution to achieve customer end state requirements.< li>
  • SIEM content development which includes developing process for automated security event monitoring and alerting along with corresponding event response plans for systems< li>
  • Provide both strategic analysis and near real-time auditing, analysing, investigating, reporting, remediation, coordinating and tracking of security-related activities for customer

    < strong>
    • Customer Service oriented - Meets commitments to customers; Seeks feedback from customers to identify improvement opportunities.< li>
    • Experience in cloud native security platforms on AWS and Azure< li>
    • Good knowledge of SIEM technologies such as Splunk, Azure Sentinel from an Analyst’s point of view and cloud security monitoring platforms on AWD and Azure< li>
    • Troubleshoot problems associated with SIEM solution. < li>
    • Ability to work with minimal levels of supervision or oversight.< li>
    • Good knowledge and experience in Security Monitoring < li>
    • Good knowledge and experience in Cyber Incident Response < li>
    • Knowledge in Network monitoring technology platforms such as Fidelis XPS or others< li>
    • Knowledge in endpoint protection tools, techniques, and platforms such as Carbon Black, Symantec, Tanium, CrowdStrike, Defender ATP McAfee or others< li>
    • Knowledge in Network Detection and response tools Extrahop< li>
    • Knowledge in Proofpoint

      < li> < ul> To qualify for the role, you must have
      < strong>
      • B. Tech. B.E. with sound technical skills < li>
      • Ability to work in 24x7 shifts< li>
      • Strong command on verbal and written English language.< li>
      • Demonstrate both technical acumen and critical thinking abilities.< li>
      • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.< li>
      • Minimum 2 years of Hands-on experience of operating implementing SIEM solutions.< li>
      • Certification in any of the SIEM platforms< li>
      • Knowledge of RegEx, Perl scripting and SQL query language.< li>
      • Certification – CCNA, CEH

        • People Project management skills.
