This is the Invention Age - and this is where you come in. GENERAL SUMMARY Job Function High-speed serial link (SerDes PHY) design team is looking for PHY designers for its Bangalore location. The team is involved in analog circuit design, layout, PD and post silicon validation of standard links (USB, UFS, PCIe, DSI, CSI) and proprietary custom links and is looking to expand for AMS Verification and behavior modeling engineer. Our team closely interfaces with various teams across the globe (San Diego/Singapore/Ireland). You will work closely with design teams to verify new signal path architectures ,circuit topologies and develop functional models for detailed transistor-level design of mixed-signal transceivers/receivers/PLL's for high speed SERDES applications. Responsibilities Write behavioral Verilog/Verilog MS/real models of analog blocks. SV modeling and testbench development for verification against transistor level netlist Help develop and maintain functional verification plans. Help design digital blocks. Perl/Python scripting to automate flows for quick turnaround times. Transistor level circuit design and verification using spice (optional) Work closely with Analog designers and digital designers/digital verification engineers. Skills & Experience Master/Bachelor in Electronics, Working experience (4-6 years) Good understanding and hands-on experience in mixed-signal IP modeling including complex blocks like PLL, ADC/DAC. Experience with circuit design and spice simulations is a plus. Experience with high-speed SerDes Design will be an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent automation skills able to work with teams across the globe and possess good communication and presentation skills. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Engineering, Bachelors - Information Systems Work Experiences: 2+ years Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience. Certifications: Skills: Preferred Qualifications Education: Work Experiences: 2+ years experience with hardware design and measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF tools, etc. ,2+ years experience utilizing schematic capture and circuit simulation software. ,2+ years experience with circuit design (e.g., digital, analog, RF). ,4+ years Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience.
