Job Purpose:

Support the Novartis Technical Operations Center– Supply Operations team in the coordination of various Supply Operations activities in compliance with GxP & Regulatory requirements while creating value for our internal customers across all Novartis divisions across geographies.

Major Accountabilities

Master Data Management

 Performing day to day activities of processing complex master Data tickets assigned as per the relevant SOPs , business matrix and SLA time lines

 Be Subject Matter Expert in the assigned area of work

 Lead data collection and reporting of KPIs

 Lead and Manage continuous improvement initiatives

Supply Planning & Order Management

 Performing day to day activities of processing supply planning & order management activities projects portfolio brands assigned as per the relevant SOPs , business matrix and SLA time lines

 Be Subject Matter Expert in the assigned area of work

 Lead data collection and reporting of KPIs

 Lead and Manage continuous improvement initiatives

Lifecycle Implementation

 Lead and manage implementation of assigned product lifecycle projects brands as per the relevant SOPs , business matrix and SLA time lines

 Be Subject Matter Expert in the assigned area of work

 Lead data collection and reporting of KPIs

 Lead and Manage continuous improvement initiatives.

Master Data

 Basic understanding of Supply Chain Management elements & flows

 Basic understanding of SAP systems and navigation

 Basic understanding of Master data Process and objects

 Hands on experience in various SAP transactions, and ability to read & interpret MM, PIR, SL, BOM,MRP, CMA, PO, SO etc.

 Understanding of Business, System Landscape & Processes, with experience in Data Stewardship & Ownership

 Understanding of Pharma product and lifecycle events. Hands on experience in working on various Pharma product supply network and understanding of impact of master data on product lifecycle stages

 E2E Process Knowledge and Execution

 Hands on experience in dealing with various functions like of Regulatory and Artwork in Pharmaceutical Industry

 Experience in SQL and ETL tools, with ability to implement data quality rules

 Experience in using one of the Data Quality Analysis platform

 Advance level of MS Excel, with exposure to FAIR concepts, data cleansing, linking and semantic search

 Experience in Managing different phases of project, project tracking and use of process flow tools like Visio

 Awareness of GxP

Order Management

 Basic understanding of Forecasting, Production Planning, Supply & Demand Fundamentals & Balancing of the same

 Basic Understanding of Pharma product and lifecycle events

 Hands on experience in Inventory ABC classification, Min Max, Safety stocks, Types of Inventory, Write off & Stock Outs, Lean Management

 Hands on experience in various SAP transactions, and ability to read & interpret MM, PIR, SL, BOM,MRP, CMA, PO, SO etc

 Awareness and experience in Hub & Spoke Model, Cross Docking, Break Bulk, Milk Run. Modes, FTL, LTL, Layouts, Cost v s Speed analysis

 Ability to calculate relevant KPIs like OTIF, OTPR, POS, OTOT, OTDR etc

 Advanced Excel knowledge with formulas

 Basic understanding of Business Processes & PDCA Cycle & DMAIC Cycle

 Basic concepts of Regulatory Affairs, Reg CMC & Artwork functions

Minimum Requirements

< u>< strong>Graduate Post Graduate in Pharmacy Life Sciences Engineering Commerce Economics

 Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred

 Minimum 8 years in the field of supply chain management.
