We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
  • Have experience in most issues that may arise, although require guidance with new assignments or assignments outside normal scope of work.< li>
  • Support existing software application to cover incident management, request management, problem management and release management.< li>
  • Respond to the incidents and requests within the SLA period.< li>
  • Manage projects with oversight from their supervisor< li>
  • Works on a large portfolio of applications.< li>
  • Provides application design and documentation that spans multiple applications and or functions.< li>
  • Participates on and may lead, complex projects with significant impact on IT and or business.< li>
  • Mentors less experienced team members.< li>
  • Prioritizes own work regarding the development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software.< li>
  • Works with technical staff and business to understand problems with software and assists to resolve them< li>
  • Consistently applies fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications.< li>
  • Applied in depth knowledge of one or more programming languages.< li>
  • Substantive knowledge of coding, testing and debugging.< li>
  • Perform in-depth problem solving, troubleshooting, and conduct rood cause analysis of problems and issues impacting the application and or their environment.< li>
  • Proven ability to apply programming languages to develop solutions to business needs< li>
  • Suggest and implement automation innovation wherever it is possible .< li>
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.< li>
  • Competent to work in all phases of applications programming and design.< li>
  • Provide performance improvement and capacity planning recommendations< li>
  • Follow ITIL processes for incidents, changes and requests.< li>
  • Willingness to work shift including US day shift.< li>
  • Typically requires 7-8 Years of Exp.
