Bring your passion, bring your energy, and plug into a team that appreciates a simple truth: Diversity + Collaboration = Great Innovation You as Service Sales Specialist will be part of Hitachi ABB Power Grids business-based Hyderabad, you will be responsible for creating and completing bids or estimations or quotations based on customer specification or customer requirements/budget to achieve both market competitiveness and high margin for the Company. Maintain and improve the balance between all HAPG units and customers that are present in responsibility. Your Responsibilities Proactively and reactive sales of Grid automation service portfolios Driving complete service sales portfolio to customer for immediate and future service requirements. Demonstrate in-depth technical service product or solutions knowledge to promote product Life Cycle Management. Proposing techno-commercial solutions according to customers’ requirements. Demand/Pipe line Generation across Portfolio, Lead Generation, Lead nurturing, Lead Conversion, Active participation in customer negotiation for order closure and conversions. Preparing and achieving Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly sales reports, forecasts, market plans & go to market strategy. Developing and maintaining customer relations and managing customer accounts, Developing, implementing, and following up on strategic sales plans. Establishing effective business relations across organization. Participation in various reviews during the month for tracking strategic initiative and sales progress. Monitoring and evaluating on market activities and trends. Meeting with individual sales targets for Month, Quatre & Year. Handling channel across geography, Nurturing and Expansion of channel partner network for delta growth Updating installed base in Hitachi ABB Tools. Coordinating with Hub service manager & GSU Manager for implementing service strategy for GSU. Coordinating with service Tendering Manager on Offer submission and to device the pricing strategies. Coordinating with Operating units for Project execution for utmost customer satisfaction. Exploring further market opportunities from both existing installed base customer and potential customers. Maintaining Opportunity pipeline and ordering forecasts using Hitachi ABB Power Grids tools. Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing specialist support and solutions. Acting as voice of customer back into internal engineering and quality functions. Effectively manages multifunctional interfaces - internal, feeder factories, service department, customers, and sub suppliers Ability to show personal leadership & maintain a teamwork environment to deliver assignments. Strong self-disciplined approach to ensure quality and accuracy of delivery. Your background A bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic/ Instrumentation engineering. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in Retrofit and service of Numerical Relays, Protection & Control (SAS) / High voltage/ Switchgear (MV/LV) . Being technically, analytical, proactive & innovative, solution & target and teamwork oriented. Being customer and market oriented and approaching verbal and written communication skills. Having good planning and organization skills. Should have in-depth knowledge of power system, Grid automation – automation and communication Knowledge of Generation, T&D and Industrial segment across geography is preferred. Ability to network and build relationships both internally and externally. Ability to travel. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
