This person should have good exposure to computer programming languages. He/she needs to have strong communication skills and the ability to work with onshore teams. Transform requirements into Meanstack solution and execution of the solution being created Responsibilities Developing scalable, fast, robust and simple web-based solutions to solve complex business problems Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration across multiple client engagements from definition phase through implementation Keep up to date on emerging capabilities in open source area and identify where and how new capabilities can be applied Work closely with Product Management to plan and negotiate iterative development cycles in an Agile environment Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability. Contribute to EY’s internal knowledge base on best practices in this full technology area. Manage the team members by ensuring that the tasks are completed on time. Required Skills: 6-11 Years in of experience. Strong experience in Blockchain (Ethereum/ Hyperledger/Corda)- Ethereum preferred At least 4 years in Meanstack development/design. Experience in Node is a must. Produce codes in multiple stacks, create complex frameworks and lead by example. Should have managed a team in the Meanstack development. Keen sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize problems, analyze and resolve issues. Azure/AWS knowledge is an added advantage Experience in architecting applications in Cloud Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and a changing environment. Self-starter-able to work on his own initiative with minimal supervision.
