Providing level 1/1.5 support to users contacting Service Desk Adherence to defined Ms Amlin procedures as documented in Knowledge Management database A professional approach in both verbal and written communications Identify improvements to ways of working Possess demonstrable knowledge of modern IT workplace applications A positive and proactive manner with excellent customer service skills Able to correctly follow documented procedures Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent troubleshooting / problem solving skills.
