Mandatory requirement for experienced candidates: Minimum 10years ' work experience in / Tech support process / Cloud Computing Process Excellent communication skills C1 equivalent proficiency Good knowledge of cloud computing and types of cloud computing Good Knowledge of core cloud infrastructure fundamentals including or equivalent to Implementing, deploying, migrating, and maintaining applications Knowledge of storage services available, including Compute Engine, Google Kubernetes Engine, App Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, and BigQuery Knowledge of deploying practical solutions, including securely interconnecting networks, customer-supplied encryption keys, security and access management, quotas and billing, and resource monitoring Knowledge of concepts such as Availability Zones, Knowledge of pricing tables and billing calculations in relation to Data Storage, Networking, Operation, Egress costs, fees for data stored in the Nearline Storage, Coldline Storage, and Archive Storage classes., etc., or equivalent Basic knowledge of API (Application-Programming Interface) - JSON, XML, etc Knowledge of applications such as Firebase, App Engine, Cloud Run, Compute Engine, GKE based on customer need and integration customizations on Cloud or or equivalent technologies Knowledge of integration or hosting codes in cloud (virtual machines), SQL-NoSQL databases, file storage, data migration, etc. Basic Knowledge of GCP architecture - Certificate in GCP will be an added advantage Basic networking knowledge Basic Knowledge of Domain Server Concepts like DNS records ( Domain Name Server/Domain Naming System) for Sender Policy Framework (SPF), DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) andDomain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance (DMARC) Knowledge of how Active Directory works - Experience in managing role-based access control and security, and providing persistent storage to your cloud applications (Using KBE or equivalent technologies). Analytical and Problem solving skills Active listening and questioning, an eye for detail to determine the root cause of the issue, to avoid repeat contacts and further effort to resolve issues Analytical problem solvers who will understand issues, evaluate solutions and work with their colleagues to resolve issues Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently Display ownership and accountability o Quickly build trust and confidence with customer o Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and empathetically Desired Experience Prior work experience in any Google process OR Prior troubleshooting experience in product support specifically for business collaboration tools, esp with Google 2 yrs prior tech support experience involving chats/email/call troubleshooting with equivalent technologies like AWS, Azure, OpenStack, etc. Billing or Accounting knowledge is an added advantag,
