Please find below the JD. b Role: Sr. System Engineer - TIG Job Location:, Bangalore Experience : Minimum 2-6 Years Qualification : Any fulltime BE/Beech/ Graduate Shifts: Should be flexible for 24*7 shift Mandatory skills :: Windows System Administration Windows Server Administration CCNA along with the knowledge of Hyper-V & V.M-Ware Job Description: Should have strong knowledge in day to day IT support with respect to desktops, laptops, IP Phones. Should have good knowledge in implementation & administration of various servers Hyper V, VMware, Citrix etc. Should have exposure to Cloud infrastructure services like Microsoft Azure, AWS. Basic administration of LAN infrastructure (switches/firewall/ routers). Should have good knowledge in Active Directory, Antivirus, Imaging, Patch Management solutions. Should have experience in Supplier management. Should be having basic understanding on ITIL framework (IT reporting metrics/MIS) and create different reports as per the framework. Attend to service requests and incidents, Analyze the root cause and provide solutions to meet the defined SLA target and avoid repeated incidents. Handle system and network related issues and handle 1st & 2nd level IT incidents and IT service requests. Candidate should be aware on different tools used for capacity management, availability managements. Experience in Asset management and various IT reports. Should be flexible to work in different shift timings and coordinate with different teams across geographies. Should have experience in Remote support. Good to have any certifications like CCNA, MCSE etc.,
