HR Shared Services is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Noida office

Senior Recruitment Coordinator (Grade D) – IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED

< strong>We are looking to hire a Senior< strong> Recruitment Coordinator < strong>in the HR Shared Services

    < strong>
    • Conduct HR Analytics and Reporting< li>
    • Based on the business needs, create, maintain and delivers moderate to complex HR metrics to support the business in making strategic operational decisions< li>
    • Accountable for the validation and data integrity of data used in the production of reports as well as all project initiatives; designs and generates reports from HRIS data on request using HR systems and Microsoft Office programs needed to produce comprehensive user friendly reports< li>
    • Analyze data to produce monthly operating review summaries and trend analysis (requisitions, new hires, transfers, cancellations, etc.)< li>
    • Review and or develop exhibits in Excel and PowerPoint based on collected and calculated data, understanding project components and processes to ensure analyses and exhibits are correct; draws conclusions from the data for HR Leaders Project Manager to review.< li>
    • Oversee the HR calendar of events and timetables to ensure all key deadlines are met and to assist with carrying out deliverables; oversees the NATA Leader calendar< li>
    • Capture meeting notes, action items and organize to ensure completeness< li>
    • Maintain TA SharePoint site on behalf of NA TACOE; resourcing support – (Taleo, Q&A, job codes, questions about process approvals etc.)< li>
    • Perform on-boarding & off-boarding of all FTE, contractors, temps & interns; ad-hoc presentation design.< li>
    • Support the roll out of projects in the TA COE, including proactively identifying issues and or barriers which could impede project success and recommend appropriate resolutions: projects will include, but are not limited to: preparation of Town Hall meeting materials and other leadership presentations; recruiting technology tools implementations, vendor engagement and management, and Service Delivery Model changes; recruiting process mapping and design; coordinate and report on Budget updates; manage Vendor relations and process invoices; collaborate with members of the TA team to identify, standardize, and implement process improvements; work with internal teams on communication deliverables.

      < strong> Knowledge & Skills:

      < strong>
      • 5-7 years’ experience in recruitment coordination & related work, basis responsibilities shared above< li>
      • Good communication, analytical and management skills< li>
      • Effective Accurate and timely reporting skills< li>
      • Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word)< li>
      • Ability to multi task and should be a self starter

        • Graduate (any stream)
