Jun-2021: Oil & Gas and Renewables/ESG Expert Opportunity: We’re looking for an experienced person who has worked with the Energy industry for at least 8 years and brings strong experience in the renewables and/or ESG domains. The person will be responsible for the growth of our Business and Technology Consulting services for Oil & Gas and Renewables sector across the globe. Responsibilities: Work with global Oil & Gas leaders and internal consulting teams with high-intensity collaboration. Track and develop deep knowledge on the renewables market and ESG trends Develop capabilities/offerings that are relevant to the firm’s initiatives and client needs; running campaigns with global leaders to expand team’s services and offerings Author regular and differentiated points of view on hot topics that demonstrate our capabilities Independently lead and deliver projects in close collaboration with senior leadership of the firm across the globe; guide junior team members to deliver on activities and projects related to renewables/ESG Drive growth of individual Oil & Gas accounts and identifying and driving proactive opportunities Act as the lead for programs related to renewables/ESG Work with senior leaders on strategic planning, periodic reviews and creating/executing a roadmap Have a sharp sector and account focus – keeping a close watch on the sector engagements Get involved in and drive business development activities (Proposals, etc.) Education: Graduate / BE - B. Tech / (preferably in Energy/Chemicals related field) MBA or a relevant Management Degree / Diploma Expected skills / experience: The person must have deep domain expertise on renewables, either through working with relevant companies or via services companies Business / Technology Consulting experience, preferably with a leading consulting firm will be an added advantage Strong understanding of the business value-chain, operations and processes involved in renewables Must know the business challenges and trends and should be able to translate them into implications / opportunities for a consulting / services company Well experienced in client interaction and stakeholder / people management Excellent business communication, presentation and project management skills.
