Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager-Human Resource Analytics

In this role, you will act as a Technical Leader for our People Analytics projects

Responsibilities
< u>< strong>
  • Lead the People Analytics projects< li>
  • Accountable for all technical details of the projects and is expected to run them independently, end to end< li>
  • Constantly upskilled with latest developments in the field of Machine Learning Deep Learning< li>
  • Ensure we incorporate Machine Learning Deep Learning, as applicable< li>
  • Own entire project life cycle – Data collection, Data clean up and then modelling.< li>
  • Adept in storyboarding project insights
    < li> < ul>Qualifications we seek in you!

    Minimum Qualifications
    < u>< strong>
    • Relevant experience in Machine Learning Deep Learning
      < li>< ul> Preferred Qualifications
      < u>< strong>
      • Excellent hands on experience in Machine Learning techniques such as Decision Trees (Random Forest), Support Vector Machines, Regression (Linear & Logistic)< li>
      • Should have hands on experience in Deep Neural network techniques such as RNNs and LSTMs< li>
      • Adept at visualizing data and presenting it to stakeholders< li>
      • Good with statistical concepts such as Probability Distributions and Hypotheses testing< li>
      • Should have run Machine Learning Deep Learning projects on cloud servers and handled large datasets< li>
      • Good rank on Kaggle competitions is preferred< li>
      • Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills – should be adept in storyboarding project insights< li>
      • Languages preferred: Python or R< li>
      • Needs to be independent and self-motivated and comfortable working independently< li>
      • Experience in MLOps would be an added advantage
