Position summary: In this role, you will work on improving ASIAN CRM activities in alignment with the global team, supporting the implementation of new features and functionalities on our Salesforce platform, handle customer requests and solve customer problems by providing strong customer focus, applying analytical skills and being solution oriented. This position will help to implement our requirements in the system, customize and modify the system to meet our company needs and support our business processes. Essential duties and responsibilities: Define project scope and document business requirements Design technical specifications, using best practices and minimizing the need for custom coding Provide internal CRM consulting, analyze data and processes to improve the business process to driving growth Create solutions on our Salesforce platform to meet the internal customer requirements Automate processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Assignment Rules Create test scenarios and do solution testing Functional and technical CRM support as well as troubleshooting of (integration) issues Support the set-up of integrations to existing business systems Project management and project documentation Charts the Course Leads in a global environment - Demonstrates an appropriate level of business acumen, including understanding of how own role contributes to Hach meeting its strategic goals. Qualifications: We're looking for a hardworking professional with profound Salesforce platform and system implementation experience. Someone who has a commitment to customer focus, is action oriented and thrives in a global environment. This individual is a good communicator and teammate who understands business requirements and can translate them into technical solutions.
