As a Digital Business Designer, you apply customer-centric design methods and tools to prototyping, developing, and validating new business models and customer journeys to create long term value. You translate customer needs and problems through to the business model viability phase and prototype and iterate new business models leveraging leading edge tools and techniques. A Digital Business Designer defines new and disruptive revenue model options for our clients and ensures each element of the business model fits the desired customer experience. You build value exchanges and define value ecosystems across the value chain and design experiments to test and de-risk critical business model assumption. A Digital Business Designer builds go-to-market experimentation roadmaps and plans for new business models.
