The job owner acts as expert in the Area of GRC/SOX/ITGC, focusing on supporting operational duties in IT Controls Performance, Monitoring and Remediation to ensure customers compliance with various control frameworks and to enable continuous improvement in GRC processes, controls and applications. ITGC/SOX/GRC covers all area of IT Controls in Innovate, Build and Run of IT. This includes but is not limited to the control area of IT in Business Processes, Identity & Access Management, Authorizations, (IT) Assets, int./ext. Audits & Compliance, (IT) SW/HW Lifecycle Management. Being an Expert in ITGC/GRC, the role includes the deep understanding and hands-on capabilities of IT Control Frameworks, and especially the SOX Compliance Framework, their purpose and the operationalization of those controls in Business and IT processes and services. This deep practical understanding enables the expert to support and consult in day-to-day activities as well as in projects, initiatives, and audits. Main responsibilities are supporting the customers teams in Continuous Controls Monitoring. This includes in detail: Monitoring periodic Control Performance, and to identify necessary or recommended reactions Continuous tracking of deficiencies and execution of remediation actions according to managed priorities and urgency Provide SME support if needed to close complex deficiencies Support centralized reporting and follow-up of IPEs and control performance IPE Taskforce has KPI dashboards but no team to do centralized follow-up & reporting) Specific hand holding for IPE & control performance as required (in place of generic training) Responsibility in Organization / Management Contribute to documentation of experiences and knowledge sharing Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations, IT General Controls and IT governance. Experience of ITGC control audits / reviews of ERP systems (Non-SAP), Operating systems, Databases, and financial applications Ability to support audits and to provide the right information & data and to mitigate and/or solve identified deficiencies and gaps Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of underlying business processes and technologies. Technical Skills (Data, Technology, Implementation) Ability to retrieve and analyze and report/present data from various sources, . Understanding of data structures, sources, flow and integration across infrastructure platforms, functional domains, and application landscapes/service Personal Skills (Soft Skills) Exhibit a passion for technology and continually learn and keep pace with the accelerating change across multiple technologies and solutions Strong problem-solving skills: ability to determine proper course or methodology with minimal support in area of expertise Ability to produce clear and accurate status information and documentation or delivered work and value.
