Inviting applications for the role of SA, Presentation Unit Specialist, Investment Research!

Responsibilities
< u>< strong>
  • Supporting sector product teams of Investment Banking and Advisory clients throughout the deal life cycle.< li>
  • Producing templates based on MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with highest quality standards< li>
  • Executing a range of tasks including but not limited to Create organisation charts, Financial Tables, Maps, Tombstones, League Tables, Complex Charts - Marimekko, Bubble charts, Multiple Axis charts Data Representation as per Client branding guidelines with accuracy level over 95%< li>
  • Ability to understand client requirements and execute work under pressure especially on short time bound deadlines< li>
  • Exercise attention to detail while conducting the required analysis< li>
  • Contributes toward managing project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”< li>
  • Demonstrate strength and flair in client requester relationship building and management
    < li> < ul> Qualifications

    < u>< strong>Minimum qualifications
    • Expert in designing PowerPoint presentations for investment banking and management consulting and can design complex charts in Excel and create data reports< li>
    • Create organisation charts, Financial Tables, Maps, Tombstones, League Tables, Complex Charts - Marimekko, Bubble charts, Multiple Axis charts Data Representation as per Client branding guidelines with accuracy level over 95%< li>
    • Present client information in a structured format using tables, bullets & numbering, styles and various other formatting tools in Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel< li>
    • Convert Hand written documents maps charts into client specific template branding< li>
    • Create various excel reports by using V-lookup, H-lookup and Pivot tables etc..< li>
    • Producing templates based on MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with highest quality standards< li>
    • Excellent command over written and verbal English to communicate over phone and email with international clients< li>
    • Quality check final proofing of all deliverables. Should have a good eye for detail to produce accuracy of 99%< li>
    • Should be ready for Rotational Shift Night Shift. Willing to work in 24*7 working environment
