Job Summary Description The Quality Assurance Process manager is accountable to ensure the quality attributes for the end-to-end delivery of products meet customer needs, and responsible for implementing the right processes and tools for CT SAP domain based on our quality frameworks. He/ She is responsible for the implementing quality requirements within our products. Essential Functions of the job: Work closely with domain Quality Leader to understand quality requirements and be the quality torch bearer for the product teams to help them implement As a Quality Associate or QA lead for specific products, he/she will be ultimately responsible for ensuring product quality and process quality Manages the implementation of key processes, workflows, tools and metrics for specific CT SAP products Responsible for Training/Briefing/Handholding the Team members and giving them Process Orientation. Involved in analyzing the various Metrics data of projects, and triggering Causal Analyses, as required. Facilitate the team’s management of the Quality Goals related to sprint delivery, testing etc. Responsible for Planning and conducting the quality checks based on the domain’s standard quality requirements and thereby identify non-conformities. To trigger various improvement initiatives within the PQA team as well as the project teams Participate in team scrum cadences and observe team’s execution and quality practices. Be an advocate for new and improved ways of doing things, challenging conventional wisdom and introducing and demonstrating proven strategies and techniques Identifies chronic or systemic problems in product processes and help implement corrective/preventive actions Drives the continuous improvement efforts as well providing insights on quality issues on the wider delivery, utilizing structured, disciplined, and data-oriented process to identify root cause and solve problems Be an advocate of Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement and industry recognized Best Practices. Help teams with identification of best practices, lessons learned etc. Knowledge And Skill Requirements Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications - External Solid knowledge of Quality Management techniques and practices across multiple projects Good understanding of the IT product/services life cycle (pipeline, resource, demand, project delivery, financial) with a strong understanding of quality frameworks Strong working knowledge with solid implementation experience on industry recognized standards as ISO/ CMMI and frameworks such ITIL, Agile etc. Strong understanding of QMS implementation Familiarity with test processes, tools, for continuous integration, delivery and automation Excellent communication, interpersonal & organization skills and change agent abilities. Strong customer orientation, Innovative Thinking, Change Agility, Intercultural Sensitivity, Self-Develop Strong project management skills with demonstrated track records in quality and operational improvements, ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Have strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation, ideally in a continuous delivery environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key issues and creatively overcome internal challenges or obstacles. Influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts to reach consensus and common goals by applying a hands-on style of management and collaborating strongly with peers. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field preferred Experience: 5-7 years of relevant work experience on process quality assurance Strong knowledge and implementation experience working on industry recognized process frameworks/standards (Agile, SAFe, CMMI, Six Sigma, Kanban, Lean) Industry recognized process quality certifications (CSQA, CMQ, SSBB) is preferable Solid hands on experience with Azure DevOps tools preferable Considerable project management and stakeholder management experience in an engineering / test environment Extensive experience in customer facing roles and working virtually in a globally-dispersed team EY | Building a better working world EY exists to build a better working world, helping to create long-term value for clients, people and society and build trust in the capital markets.
