Description The ideal candidate will be coordinating in executing campaigns and an in-depth knowledge of email marketing to provide guidance and implement best practice in campaign optimisation. The successful candidate will support and coordinate a busy marketing team with an ongoing schedule of event invite sends, newsletters and other client communications. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications Experience in sending emails, building landing pages, forms, lists, lead nurture programs, campaigns, event workflows etc in Marketo, employing best practices and adhering to global governance. Manage iterations and revision cycles with stakeholders seamlessly, accurately and efficiently Uphold the highest standards of quality, exercising unfaltering diligence to pre-defined quality assurance (QA) process Generate and share performance reports with relevant stakeholders Implement best practice and provide insights and recommendations for ongoing optimisation Manage the collation and creation of target lists for upload to Marketo, download RSVP reports or manage RSVP lists, providing RSVP updates to relevant event lead. Experience in sending emails, building landing pages, forms, lists, lead nurture programs, campaigns, event workflows etc Strong excel skills Demonstrate an eye for detail Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills Functional knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem Familiarity with CRM tools, such as SAP desired Exceptional communication skills - both written and oral Demonstrate strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities EY | Building a better working world EY exists to build a better working world, helping to create long-term value for clients, people, and society and build trust in the capital markets.
