Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate – Production Support

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clean, functional code that flawlessly suits the needs of the company. Work with business people to have a real time problem and, craft the solution which really fits into client needs.

Responsibilities
< u>< strong>

• Acknowledge Tier 1 and Tier 2 App Tickets as soon as those come in < li>
• Assign Ticket to the App support group team member and send a mail to the team < li>
• Learn Basic support for Tier 1 apps, so that they can close such tickets themselves after trainings

  • BE B Tech < li>
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Good work attitude < li>
    • Basic knowledge on Servicenow Similar tools < li>
    • Should be ready to operate in shifts < li>
    • Should be willing to learn new technologies
