Job Description Supervising Senior Associate/Assistant Director Operations Management CoE Introduction Do you have a strong desire to ensure that decisions and actions are based on accurate information and data? We are looking for a Senior Associate to be a leader of insights and data management for the Business Development team within GDS having hands-on experience in program management, data and business analytics. Be ready to navigate the complex relationships that keep the business world running, as well as to uncover the actionable insights that lead to successful business decisions. In this role, you will also collaborate with EY partners and leaders in various regions to coordinate appropriate global efforts. GDS & Operations Management CoE Global Delivery Services (GDS) Operations Management CoE team (Markets Operations) aims to provide operational excellence through implementation of continuous improvement methodologies and tools, to build sustainable processes and practices that supports the Business Development leadership and various Global Markets functions of EY. Our diverse teams specialize in coordinating Business Development (BD) activities, supporting Go-to-Market projects and providing operational support to the global sales and business development team. The team is spread across multiple locations around the globe. Roles & Responsibilities Program Management Manage and run multi-stakeholder programmes for clients and internal teams, efficiently and effectively. This will include the ability to monitor and track progress on a weekly basis and create weekly report for internal and external circulation. Coordinate input and gather requirements from business stakeholders and work with the data delivery teams to publish KPIs on scorecards/dashboards. Reporting & Analysis Partner with global stakeholders to understand business challenges, explore and analyse a variety of data sets to provide the right solutions. Make business recommendations with effective presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders through visual displays of quantitative information. Support the analytical needs of the BD team and executive leadership, inclusive of routine reporting, ad hoc analysis, statistical inference, and predictive modelling for business decisions. Build Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, convert high-level information into details, and proven ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on available data. Translate business objectives into data and analytics solutions and, convert results into business insights using appropriate data engineering and data science tools. Experience Required: Post-graduate - (Business Administration, Finance, Information and Data Science) with 10 to 13 6 to 10 years of work experience in financial services industry having exposure to business process management (BPM), consulting, business process re-engineering (BPR), market research, data management and reporting., and/or corporate strategy. Essential Requirements Strong program/project management and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to build reports and analyse big data using data analytical and visualization tools. Proficient prioritizing and delivering multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting timelines. Strong data visualization skills and experience using data tools, such as Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to advanced) and Power BI. Proven track record of effectively influencing and collaborating with multi-functional partners to identify new opportunities, solve complex business problems and build i- mpactful analytics solutions. Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities while consistently meeting deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Data presentation abilities that enable you to persuade audiences internally and externally, across organisational boundaries, in a clear, compelling, and successful manner. Effective stakeholder communication, drafting meeting minutes to track progress and ability to make quick decisions based on data that changes and flows continuously. Effectively automate business processes using tools like Excel- VBA, Power Automate, Power flow etc increasing the efficiency of the client processes. Desirable Requirements Hands-on work experience with large complex data sets, programming languages such as R, Python or SQL and Big Data technology, statistical modelling, and translation of results to business audience preferred. Excellent leadership team player skills including collaboration, accountability, results driven, self-motivation and negotiation. Work with a continuous improvement mindset to optimize productivity and document internal processes and workflows. Expertise in conducting in-depth, primary/secondary research using all available resources in the public domain and other research tools. Knowledge about Robotic Process Automation / Machine Learning. Process automation - Power apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, Desktop Automation. Proven development/engineering and administration skills, including proficiency with SharePoint, Flow, PowerApps, workflows, permissions, and PowerShell in the context of SharePoint Online, Groups, and MS-Teams, Excel VBA automations.
