The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell Technologies and recruiting new people to our team. We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business leaders on the talent strategy and deliver all TA metrics. What You’ll Achieve As a Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for driving and executing a sourcing strategy for our Product Marketing team. This position will require experience recruiting and screening for technology roles at software companies. You Will Source candidates directly in the marketplace and develop candidate pools within their respective market streams Partner with hiring leaders to promote Dell APEX brand to the talent market Design search strategies to identify top niche talent Provide a high-touch candidate experience for active and passive candidates Work with the hiring managers and recruiters to develop strong selection processes through the use of creative and innovative techniques and tools Essential Requirements 5+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience recruiting in the technology software sector Exceptional communication and consultative skills with business partners Understand marketplace thoroughly and uses knowledge to build successful strategies Independent, creative thinker around sourcing for candidates
