Position Summary This is a role in Global Delivery Services (GDS) – Advisory – Digital team. The role is responsible to be the subject matter expert on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Through a deep understanding of the customer’s business, the role will help develop and propagate new processes that can be adopted by marketing teams globally, and which enable consistency for reporting and campaign insights. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in AEM and its integration with other platforms. Also, understanding of marketing automation with experience in executing tactical efforts in demand and lead generation activities including lead nurturing and tracking ongoing metrics to measure performance is essential. Essential Job Functions Roles and Responsibilities Work as a subject matter resource for marketing automation tool (Essentially Adobe Experience Manager) Provide technology/consulting relating to digital marketing technologies and services. Work on proposals for marketing automation implementation pre-sales and solutioning as it relates to digital and emerging technologies, mobile applications, user experience and evolving trends Drive and help execute Strategy by understanding the best mix of technologies and platforms Perform requirements analysis and developing strategies for users and clients, primarily from a marketing automation services perspective Act as a source of “best practice” in Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing for internal team Serve as technical support for content management platforms and campaign issues Maintain awareness of AEM release and patch schedules, align them with internal release schedules, and provide guidance on utilization of new features where applicable Perform platform maintenance and related administrative tasks Document and follow extensive QA and test processes for all development and integration work Desirable Functions Functional knowledge of Web page design, online form data capture, HTML, CSS and JavaScript Strong analytical, reporting, written and oral communication skills. Ability to define opportunities and challenges, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and make valid conclusions Document and follow extensive QA and test processes for all development and integration work Essential Technical Skills/Tools Requirement Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and AEM Core components (Example: Sling, OSGI, JCR, Dispatcher). Strong knowledge and experience in integration with components of Adobe Marketing Cloud (including Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Campaign) and Adobe Social Be well-versed with AEM workflows setup and maintenance as well as User and Group Management Ability to fine-tune AEM application for optimal performance, including configuring Threads, Heap, GC Policy. FEO, JS and CSS minification and optimization. Should be familiar with application profilers Strong Java (OSGi, JSP, Servlets) and web development (HTML, JS, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, etc.) background with experience building cutting edge web & responsive mobile experiences. Hands-on experience with Sightly (AEM Templating language) and CoralUI/TouchUI frameworks Proven track record to delivering enterprise initiatives working across organizational boundaries and building strong technical delivery teams Advanced knowledge of 3rd party applications that integrate with AEM Desirable Content management system experience (AEM or similar) Adobe Target Adobe Campaign Tableau / Power BI (Data visualisation tool) and SQL. Analytics experience in online and offline marketing activities. Website (Adobe Analytics, Webtrends) Social media tool (Sprinklr) set-up and integration with AEM Essential Other skills Clear understanding of Digital marketing business across all channels Passionate about data-driven marketing and using data to inform decisions Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactively Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement Credible and articulate, with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to interact with internal stakeholders at all levels of seniority Experience in managing cross border stakeholders Highly enthusiastic in learning new technologies that support the fast changing digital marketing technologies Desirable Understanding sector challenges and trends Have experience in sectors like Financial Services, Consumer Products, Life Science Supervision Responsibilities: Must be able to work independently, complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment. Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience, including coaching and training Other Requirements: Flexibility in working hours to accommodate multiple APAC time zones as needed Overtime, as needed to meet deadlines.
