MDM JD – Senior (6-11 years) Your Client Responsibilities Ability to work independently, manage small streams as part of large DnA engagements Provide product and design level technical best practices Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead Your People Responsibilities Should guide and mentor fresh team members on DnA technology Technical Skills Requirements BE/B.Tech/MCA with adequate industry experience Should have 6-11 years of experience in Master Data management solutions and Data governance processes. Must have hands on experience in Informatica MDM toolkit Experience in other MDM platforms like IBM, Stibo, Tibco etc. or knowledge of new-gen platforms like Tamr, Reltio etc. would be an added advantage. Must have hands-on experience across the various phases of a typical MDM solution - data quality, validation, cleansing, match & merge, Trust & Survivorship, upstream/downstream data integration etc. Should possess good data modelling skills in the context of MDM – familiarity with the Party model would be an advantage. Good hands-on knowledge in data classification and hierarchy management Fair understanding of Data Quality and ETL solutions Good exposure to DB technologies and SQL. Knowledge of the Cloud landscape – AWS, Azure etc. Should be familiar with Data Governance policies and processes. Knowledge of DG platforms like Collibra would be a definite plus. Should be familiar with data stewardship and workflow processes Good understanding of MDM system configuration and deployment Hands-on experience mandatory in Java/J2EE or Python Specific Role Requirements Should have completed atleast 2 or 3 full lifecycle MDM implementations Must have experience in implementing one of the following master data domains – Customer, Product, Vendor or Location Experience in defining data governance framework – covering, roles and responsibilities matrix, process flows etc. Good team player with excellent business communication skills – verbal and written Good Consulting background, especially advising US or EU clients Good awareness of process Quality methods and frameworks Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks – SCRUM, SAFe etc. Should have solid understanding and experience of software development best practices EY | Building a better working world EY exists to build a better working world, helping to create long-term value for clients, people and society and build trust in the capital markets.
