< u>< strong>Our Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE) team has a presence in key strategic Novartis locations. The Salesforce COE team works across a broad range of solutions spanning internal and external use cases. With endless digital transformation and innovative opportunities in customer engagement, CRM, innovative medicines & digital health, we are well positioned to build products that improve lives.
  • Align your teams with the organization’s broader productization strategy. Implement the processes and tools associated with this strategy in your teams< li>
  • Collaborate with product managers and product owners in the coaching of scrum based agile ways of working< li>
  • Coach and guide teams in the scrum framework including principals, manifesto and roles. Educate all stakeholders in agile planning phases and approaches< li>
  • Coach teams in the day to day activities such as planning, estimation, communication and tooling. Support the recruitment and scaling of these teams< li>
  • Develop communities of SME’s within the these teams focusing on specific topics such as validation, automation< li>
  • Drive improvements from a process, people and tools perspective with tangible results< li>
  • Ensure a standard and disciplined approach to agile development from across internal and external teams


    < li> < ul> Minimum Requirements
    < u>< strong>
    • University degree in business technical area.< li>
    • 12 - 15 years’ experience in an agile environment as a Scrum Master working with global teams in a agile environment< li>
    • 5+ years’ delivering and releasing products in agile, scaled agile and or devops environment< li>
    • 5+ years’ experience in Life Sciences, Salesforce, Veeva, Patient programmes, CRM projects or an equivalent area. 5+ years’ using JIRA Confluence< li>
    • Expert stakeholder management and or business consulting skills< li>
    • Expert ITIL Agile GxP, analytical and problem solving skills< li>
    • Proven track rack record in large, global, multi-team projects dealing with complex process areas and business groups.
