Spanish Language Expert < strong>– Strategy and Transactions (SaT) – Senior Analyst

Spanish Language Expert < strong>– Strategy and Transactions (SaT) – Senior Analyst

You will work as extended team to global SaT practices, to deliver insights, analytics and advice to our clients that determines how they strategically raise, invest, preserve and optimize their capital.

< strong>We’re looking for Senior Analysts with expertise in Spanish language who will provide core language and integrated engagement support to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm.
Your Key Responsibilities
< strong>
- Leading engagements with 1-3 staff members and effectively managing engagement to closure< li>
- Assisting in preparing reports and schedules in Spanish or English language< li>
- Analysing financial and operational results of targets through the preparation of various analysis by reviewing accounting records in Chinese (Spanish) or English language.< li>
- Developing excellent relationships with global clients at the appropriate level and ensure high degree of client satisfaction with engagement process and work products< li>
- Demonstrate basic understanding of financial statements and any industry or sector.< li>
- Be responsible for delivering highest quality on every task assigned in line with EY Global SaT methodology and the expectations of Global SaT teams.< li>
- Execute & document specific due diligence procedures as defined by the engagement objectives and local team’s work step allocation< li>
- Developing maintaining productive working relationships with EY offices globally. Directing the progress of engagement work and informing supervisors of the engagement status.< li>
- Managing own time to work on budgets and communicate progress against plan to supervisors< li>
- Contributes to a positive team environment by demonstrating consistent commitment and optimism towards work challenges.< li>
- Staying abreast of current business and economic developments relevant to the client's business< li>
- Develop knowledge of use of EY technology and tools to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery.
< li> < ul> Skills And Attributes For Success
< strong>- Basic understanding of financial and accounting knowledge.< li>
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills.< li>
- Strong drive to take new work initiative and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas< li>
- Strong communication (written & oral) and presentation skills in producing quality reports, papers, and presentations.< li>
- Experience in executing and managing research and analysis of companies and markets and in the field of financial planning and analysis, research, and report writing is preferred
< li> < ul> To qualify for the role, you must have
< strong>- Language capability: Spanish (Delf B2 and C1)< li>
- Strong written and oral communication skills (Spanish and English)< li>
- 3 to 5 yrs. relevant work experience in Spanish language related role< li>
- B. Com M. Com similar post-graduation course in finance from a reputed institute< li>
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting knowledge.< li>
- Strong written and verbal communication skills< li>
- Detailed knowledge in MS Excel and Power Point< li>
- Willingness to undertake international travel as per business requirement
< li> < ul> Ideally, you’ll also have
< strong>- Project management skills< li>
- Translation skills< li>
- Experience in external audit working and or mergers and acquisitions transactions experience or experience in the field of financial planning and analysis, and financial reporting is preferred
