We are looking for a SAP MM APO Support Delivery Lead who has the drive, passion, knowledge, experience and the aptitude to be part of the global production support team, that supports some of the biggest SAP systems in the world. We look forward to your help with driving day to day operation, driving operational excellence, ensuring vendor delivery and accountability, guiding the vendor team, collaborating with other supporting teams, building business relationships, handling business issues & system crisis, communicating relevant partners, driving continuous improvement and leading special system activities.
Key Qualifications
< strong>
10+ yrs of hands-on experience spread across SAP MM (primary) and SCM (secondary)
Experience in SAP MM and SCM modules (APO, DP, SNP) having led projects or implemented solutions
Experience in IS-Retail will be good
Production support experience working in a 24 X7 support model, handling vendor performance, delivering to SLA, reporting metrics, continuous improvement
Experience in partnering with vendor teams both onsite and offshore
Innovative, highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
Experience in scaling and ensuring stability of MM and APO solutions to meet high volume processing
Basic understanding of ABAP - code walkthrough, debugging etc. and exposure to POS & Backstage interface, SAP Event Management, EAI, Solution Manager would be good
Experience in S 4 HANA, ML, automation to drive efficiency is desirable

As SAP MM APO support delivery lead you will contribute towards delivering production support for system functionality related to MM and APO modules. Responsibilities include:
• POC for business engagement for the scope of work
• Engage & drive critical production system and business issues.
• Hold the vendor team accountable for delivery and operational excellence
• Track key metrics and ensure alignment to SLA
• Hands-on engagement in resolving issues and provide guidance to the vendor team to improve turn around time
• Influence process improvements to enhance support delivery
• Communicate clearly with various teams during issue management, provide management updates and drive post-mortem for issues
• Work as part of a global support team
• Drive continuous improvement of system using the latest SAP solutions
• Drive solution for Root Cause Analysis targeting reduction of Production Incident
• Monitor system health to support day to day business operations
• Engage during special system events to ensure smooth system operation
• Deliver solutions for application enhancements and manage the delivery on schedule and budget
• Work collaboratively with supporting teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions in a timely manner
• Participate in various system activities like annual upgrade cut-over, disaster recovery drill etc.
Education & Experience
