Management Level :8 Work Experience :8-10 years Work location :Kolkata Must Have Skills :SAP HCM Time Management Good To Have Skills :No Function Specialization Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : a: Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and provide out of the box solution b: Developing, testing and deploying integrations specific to Workday to meet business requirements c: Analyzes release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing integrations d: Use experience in Implementation Methodology to implementation projects Technical Experience : a Must have Core exp on TRM understanding b Able to do configuration and test data setup c Has an understanding of Financial accounting Basic debugging skills d Added Advantage Knowledge of Commodity TRM instruments Professional Attributes : a Object Oriented programming b Report writing using ALV and ABAP lists c Sapscripts and smart forms 4 Dialogue programming 5 Interfaces 6 BADIs/BAPIs Educational Qualification : a: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the o 15 years of full time education
