Management Level :8 Work Experience :8-10 years Work location :Kolkata Must Have Skills :Salesforce Technical Architecture Good To Have Skills :Salesforce Service Cloud Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1 Develop and deliver agile and cost effective Salesforce solution Service Cloud, Field Service 2 Implement scalable, high performance hosting solutions that meet the need of todays corporate and digital applications using both private and public cloud technologies 3 Lead the technical team for a complex Salesforce service cloud and field service implementation across 1000 user base in a leading utility in the UK 4 Cover technical architecture, data model, security, environment, support client Technical Experience : 1 Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements 2 Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements 3 Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security 4 Owns, tracks changes and makes updates to the HLSA High Level Solution Architecture document Professional Attributes : Good communication skills 2- Ability to work with multiple stake holders onshore and offshore 3- Agile methodology is an advantage 4- Plan and execute tasks as per agreed timelines and budget 5- Team player, ability to work independently and assist juniors Educational Qualification : Minimum 15-year full time education Additional Information : NA 15 years of full time education
