Is also a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended. Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand. Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity. Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the teams progress. Management Level :8 Work Experience :8-10 years Work location :Kolkata Must Have Skills :Salesforce Lightning Aura Components Good To Have Skills :No Technology Specialization Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1 - Facilitate the Scrum Team 2 - Measuring the Performance Productivity of the Scrum Team 3 - POC for Sprint Delivery 4 - Remove impediments 5 - Conduct Daily Stand Ups 6 - Conduct Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Retrospective Sessions Technical Experience : 1 - CSM/PSM Certified 2 - Agile Delivery School Trained 3 - Minimum 3-4 Years of Scrum Master experience with multiple stakeholders 4 - Servent Leader Quality Professional Attributes : 1 - Minimum 3-4 Years of Scrum Master experience 2 - Good Oral and written communication skills 3 - Ability to work with multiple stake holders onshore and offshore 4 - Excellent team player and ability to work independently and assist junior team members Educational Qualification : Regular 15-year full time education Additional Information : good communication Skill 15 years of full time education
