Management Level :11 Work Experience :2.5-4 years Work location :Pune Must Have Skills :Salesforce Lightning Aura Components Good To Have Skills :No Technology Specialization Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : a Must have Lightning knowledge including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process etc Security Model, Data Model b Must have Hands on Customization Apex, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch and Schedule Apex c Must have Awareness of Application Migration Tools/Methods d Must have Awareness of Data Migration Apex Data Loader e Must troubleshoot and debug the code/issue with minimal supervision f Must create technical design from Functional design/Requirement Technical Experience : a Technical Delivery of Salesforce Build and Application Maintenance Projects b Technical Skills: Good to have CRM experience and salesforce certifications c Process: ITIL V3, Project Management, Agile etc d Automation: Come up with automation ideas and implement in the project Professional Attributes : a Project Management: End to end project management and resource Management b Resource need to handle stake holder management risk and issues management c reporting to Accenture and client stakeholders Educational Qualification : 15 yrs of regular education 15 years of full time education
